This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had, and we will never return.
1. Extremely Poor Buggy Service
We had contacted customer service in advance to arrange a buggy pick-up at 9:00 PM from Room A-03 to the karaoke, which we had already booked.
However, no buggy arrived at the scheduled time. A buggy passed by our room, and we called the driver several times, but there was no response at all.
It was raining heavily at that time, and we were waiting outside our room where the roof was leaking. After waiting for a long time, two of my friends walked down in the rain to look for the buggy driver. The driver showed a very bad attitude, ignored us, and was casually smoking and wiping the buggy, showing no sense of responsibility or service.
In the end, we had no choice but to walk down ourselves. By the time we arrived, it was already past 9 PM. Since the karaoke only operates until 10 PM, we had to cancel the booking.
This level of service is unacceptable and needs serious attention.
2. Buggy Arrangement at Pet Farm Was Also a Failure
Before leaving the Pet Farm, we requested the staff there to arrange a buggy pick-up.
After waiting more than 20 minutes, no buggy arrived.
I then called customer service again, and we ended up waiting nearly half an hour outdoors with no buggy and no proper explanation.
3. Serious Safety Issue – Snake Came Out from the Air-Conditioner Vent
The most unacceptable incident was that a snake came out from the air-conditioner vent inside our room.
Our immediate reaction was to run out of the room and call for help. However, only one staff member came to check, and he merely helped us retrieve our remaining belongings.
Throughout the entire incident, no manager or responsible person checked on our condition or safety.
I personally went to the reception, where staff were simply watching the video taken by their colleague and commented that “seeing snakes is normal in a forest area.”
We can accept seeing snakes outdoors, as the hotel is located near nature.
However, a snake coming out from an air-conditioner vent indicates a serious room maintenance and safety issue.
Was the room inspected properly? Was any preventive action taken before allowing future guests to stay there?
This incident happened in the morning — if it had happened at night while guests were sleeping, the consequences could have been far more serious.
P/s: Poor service attitude, disorganized buggy operations, and a severe lack of concern for guest safety.
This is the worst place we have stayed, and we do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice place for relaxing. Free hiking tours added to the benefit for guest. Highly recommended for the hiking tours to enjoy spectacular sunrise and sea clouds view

I booked the Royal suite but what I get like economy suite.
No toiletries except hair shampoo and shower liquid.
Slipper, oral care, face towel only sent upon request.
Tissue box was empty.
Asked soap bar for hand wash, the staff told me not provided. After I complaint the staff sent me a bottle of hand wash which like Belong to someone.
My room has pool but only provide 2 bath towels. When request, can give another 2 only. Means I can enter my pool 1x only. If enter more no towel to use.
Charge high price but provide below basic services .
The reception counter is on top and get wet when raining. Only 1 person on duty, if this person go to toilet. Have to wait for her to come back.
Breakfast very basic, less protein, no chicken nor fried or scrambled egg … just hard boiled egg cut into half for Nasi Lemak.
Only 1 word: kedekut operator and lack of hospitality skills.

Extremely pricey. Not worth for the price that paid. Given the charges, supposedly all the facilities are free for visitors such as the petting zoo and Karaoke room. Many ants inside the room. Very limited toileteries are provided. Towels are old and dirty. Breakfast have very limited choices. Workers are friendly.
